3G Graphics Solutions Achieves G7 Certification:
On December 1st, 2011 3G Graphic Solutions became a G7 Certified printer. G7® is IDEAlliance’sindustry-leading set of best practices for achieving gray balance and is the driving force for achieving visual similarity across all print processes.
G7® is a method defined by the Print Properties and Colorimetrics Working Group of IDEAlliance. The application of this method enables printers to reproduce a similar visual appearance across printing types and substrates. Today, through the PPC Working Group, experts from across the spectrum of printing disciplines contribute to this important IDEAlliance Methodology. G7® specifies the components of an image that define a similar "visual appearance" to the human eye.
- Defines a colormetric definition for gray balance, and
- Specifies gray balance in the midtones, image weight and image contrast from the highlights to the shadows, which are the factors that determine likeness of the visual appearance of an image

On November 1st, 2011 3G Graphic Solutions took delivery of an MGL 1800 Tape Application System. This machine automatically feeds and stacks into the application system. There is no other machine like it in production at this time.

In November of 2011, 3G Graphic Solutions became a member of the Printing Industries of Ohio and Northern Kentucky (PIANKO). PIANKO is an industry leading trade association for the printing and graphics industries.
3G Graphics Solutions Becomes a Member of the Disaster Mutual Assistance Plan:
A benefit to being a member of PIANKO is having the opportunity to participate in the Disaster Mutual Assistance Plan. This is a significant benefit to all customers of 3G Graphic Solutions. If 3G were to experience a catastrophic event (fire, flood, tornado etc) that interrupts our ability to print, we can be backed up by another printer so that there will be no interruption in customer service or production.
